Guided tour of the olive grove with a final tasting
of bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil and tasting of typical local products.

In the guided tour during harvesting and processing olives, in a vision to the mill also the olive press in the XVI century and wooden objects of the past.
In the months when it is not active collection and further processing you can be watching a multi languages video that explains the whole process.

The processing is done with the old system of millstones with cold pressing, proprietary method to extra virgin olive oils obtained at a temperature lower than 27 ° C and from the mechanical pressing of the olive paste by a traditional extraction system with presses hydraulic, thus preserving the characteristics of the oil and its quality.
